Halloween is an important cultural activity for many of our children and families. Students are invited to wear their Halloween costume to school on October 31st. There will be a Halloween Parade on that day so students will be able to see one another’s costumes. Costumes with excessive gore or weapons are not allowed at school. Classes will also be organizing Halloween-themed learning activities with their grade teams. Please do not send food or treats to school on Halloween or on your child’s birthday. Please contact your child’s teacher if your child will not be participating in Halloween activities and requires an alternative learning plan at school for the day.
