Dear Collingwood Families,
Families are invited to come to the school for a family picnic tomorrow, Friday September 13, 2024 from 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM. Students are dismissed at 12:15 PM, but families may choose to stay and visit at the end of the school day. Bring a picnic lunch and a blanket or lawn chairs and have a picnic with your child. Food trucks have been invited to attend this event. This is an excellent opportunity to meet other Collingwood families. AM and PM Kindergarten students are welcome to attend this event with their families. For those children whose families are unable to attend this event, they will be picnicking with their teachers and friends.
YYC Food Trucks
We are excited to welcome YYC Food Trucks to our Picnic tomorrow. The following food trucks will be onsite - Family Squeezed Lemonade, Neon Taco, Cookie Dough, Hungry Hero and Canadian Bear Balls!
The Food Trucks will be onsite and set up in our visitor parking lot on the south side of the school by the playground.
End of Day Dismissal
At 12:00 PM the bell will ring and any students not returning home with their parents will return to class with their teachers for usual end of day dismissal at 12:15 PM.
Parents who are taking their students home, must sign their students out with their respective teachers.
