Welcome to the last week of the 2024-25 School year!
Please note that Thursday will be an early dismissal day at 12:15 pm. We look forward to ending the year on a positive note with all of the students as they wrap up the year with classmates and friends. To prepare for summer cleaning, staff and students will work together to move all the desks into the hallways on Thursday morning. Please remind your children to take all of their belonging home with them on the last day from their desk, classroom and lockers.
Register Today for Yellow School Bus Service for 2025-2026
Families are now able to register for yellow school bus service for the 2025-26 school year. Service levels and proposed fees are outlined below.
Registration is available through your MyCBE account. (If you do not already have an account, learn how to create one.)
Families must register by Sunday, June 22, 2025
for students to be added to routes for the start of the next school year
We continue to accept registrations after the deadline; however, students are added to the closest existing bus stop with available space. Processing times for registrations submitted after the June 22 deadline will be delayed. Confirmed routes will be posted in your MyCBE account in August. For those who register after the June 22 deadline, it may take until mid-October before your child is able to ride the bus.
Transportation can be cancelled with no financial impact by submitting the cancellation form by Sept. 30, 2025.

Online Report Cards Available June 25-July 25
Families can view, download or print online report cards for kindergarten to Grade 12 students starting Wednesday, June 25 until July 25, 2025 through MyCBE. Within MyCBE, families can also view student information, comments from your child’s teacher, assignments and grades and attendance information.
Indigenous Week at Collingwood June 23-26
Collingwood students will participate in a variety of activities the week of June 23-26 related to indigenous cultures including sharing circles, student land acknowledgements, indigenous games and storytelling.
Lost and Found
All remaining lost and found items will be donated on Friday, June 27.
Traffic Safety
For the safety of all our students and families, we ask that everyone respect the law in the school zone, this means no jaywalking, not doing u-turns and respecting the speed limit. Math Quest
Embark on a math quest. Explore the library completing fun numeracy challenges that support what you learn in school. Caregivers are invited to stay and play.

WordPlay
Reading is necessary to help strengthen all learning. Children in Grades 1 and 2 can join CanLearn for a 6 week reading program that helps build their foundational reading skills, develops their love of reading and opens the door to their future success at school. CanLearn can be contacted for a pre-assessment 1 week before the series starts
