Dear Collingwood School Parent(s)/Guardian(s),

On Thursday, November 27, 2025, and Friday, November 28, 2025, we will be hosting our Parent-Teacher Conferences at Collingwood School. These will be 15-minute, in-person conferences. 

Sra. Heath, our Music Teacher, will be available in the music room for drop-in visits during conferences. Sra. Beltran, our resource teacher, will also be available in the resource room for drop-in visits during conferences.

Important Note:

  • There will be regular classes for Grade 1 to Grade 6 students on Thursday, November 27, 2025.
  • There will be NO School for Kindergarten students on Thursday, November 27, 2025
  • There will be NO school for all students (KG – Grade 6) on Friday, November 28, 2025.

When to Sign Up for Conferences:

  • Online sign-up opens for all grades on Saturday, November 22, 2025, at 9:00 AM.

Conference Booking Deadlines:

  • Kindergarten students: Bookings close Wednesday, November 26, 2025, at 12:00 PM
  • Grades 1–6 students: Bookings close Thursday, November 27, 2025, at 12:00 PM
