Dear Collingwood Families:
We are so excited to see you all at the Family Fiesta tonight Thursday May 16, 2024, from 4:30pm - 8:30pm!
We will have balloons set up with the grade numbers on them. If you would like to make connections with families in your child’s grades, please find the appropriate balloon area and set up your picnic blanket!
There will be food trucks lined up in front of the school, roving musicians, cotton candy, the family portrait fundraiser (inside the Grade 4 doors - follow the signs), and pick-up for Growing Smiles orders or purchase a limited number of extra plants (in the drop-off loop).
In case of inclement weather, please head into the school and gym area, where our fiesta will take place if it rains. The Parent Association and School Council will be at the fiesta all wearing PINK SHIRTS! Please come talk to us if you have any questions, suggestions or just want to know more about being involved with our amazing school! Hope to see you all there!
We are in need of volunteers to help make the event a success.
In particular, we are hoping some parents will volunteer to set down their blankets at the big mylar balloon numbers we will scatter around the playground to anchor the meeting places for families who are looking to hang out with other families of kids in the same grade.
