Spanish Dance Residency | November 16–26

Dear Collingwood Parents,

Collingwood School is very excited to announce that we will be hosting a Spanish Dance Residency with Alma Viva Dance Studio for all students from Kindergarten to Grade 6.

The residency will take place from November 16–26, 2026.

Throughout the residency, students will have the opportunity to learn age-appropriate dance movements inspired by traditional Spanish dances, including:

• Rumba
• Flamenco
• Sevillana

In addition to learning dance movements, students will explore Spanish culture, art, physical expression, and traditions with two Spanish-speaking instructors.

This exciting experience will allow students to develop an appreciation for Spanish dance and culture through music, movement, and hands-on learning.

Student Dance Showcases | Families Welcome

Parents are invited to attend an informal showcase to see what their children have learned throughout the residency.
