Collingwood School Digital Citizenship Plan
All CBE schools create a Digital Citizenship Plan every year to target various aspects of helping students become responsible digital citizens. The Collingwood School Digital Citizenship Plan this year focuses on teaching students what it means to be kind, respectful and civil when communicating online. The 2023-24 Collingwood Digital Citizenship Plan is posted on our school website under the culture and environment tab on the Digital Citizenship page.
Commonsense.org is an excellent website for schools and families to introduce topics of digital citizenship.

Skate Shack
Dec. 18 – 22 all Collingwood students will participate in outdoor skating at Triwood Community Centre. If the weather and ice don’t cooperate we do have the option to use the indoor ice as well. We have booked the Skate Shack which is a trailer filled with skates and helmets which students can use for this outdoor skating experience. Students may also bring their own skates and helmets. No hockey sticks. We need several parent volunteers with security clearance to help make this event possible. No skating experience is required. A sign up genius link will follow at a later date.
